Danier Leather Inc. Board Declares Quarterly Dividend 
of 6 Cents Per Share

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - April 20, 2005) - Danier Leather Inc. 
(TSX:DL.SV) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a 
quarterly cash dividend of 6 cents per share on the outstanding 
subordinate voting shares and multiple voting shares of the Corporation. 
The dividend is payable June 1, 2005 to shareholders of record at the 
close of business on May 18, 2005.
