Jeffrey Wortsman, President & Chief Executive Officer -  Mr. Wortsman joined the Company in 1986 and was appointed President in 1994 and Chief Executive Officer in 1997. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Wortsman was employed by a prominent Canadian investment firm. Mr. Wortsman received a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from York University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1985. Mr. Wortsman’s tenure at Danier has been marked by significant growth in revenues and earnings and the implementation of sophisticated control and management information systems that have enabled Danier to quickly react to changing market and consumer demands. Mr. Wortsman has assembled a team of experienced design, production, retailing, marketing, management information systems and finance professionals who have been and will continue to be instrumental in the company's growth and success.

Brent Houlden, Interim Chief Financial Officer - On July 2, 2015, Brent Houlden was hired as interim CFO to oversee the amendment and extension of the Company's credit facilities and to assist with the development of a turnaround plan, including re-aligning the cost structure of the business. Mr. Houlden has extensive retail strategy and operations expertise with deep financial skills. During his 26 years as a partner of Deloitte LLP, Mr. Houlden held various senior leadership positions, including building Deloitte's Consulting and Financial Advisory practices as well as leading its retail practice in Canada.

Olga Koel, VP Merchandising - In August 2015, Olga Koel was re-hired to Danier as the Vice-President, Merchandising responsible for all aspects of merchandise procurement. Ms. Koel's priorities are to improve the execution of the Company's merchandising group and to drive more excitement and "newness" in the products being offered by Danier. She is a proven merchant who has over 30 years of experience, including a deep understanding of the Danier brand and a reputation for taking action and driving results. Ms. Koel will also assume the merchandising responsibilities of Brian Burgess, the former Executive Vice-President, Merchandising, Sourcing and Planning, who resigned from the Company on August 31, 2015.

Aaron Leibtag, Vice-President, Business Planning, Strategy & Information Technology - Mr. Leibtag joined Danier in December 2012 as AVP Strategic Planning and was promoted to VP Strategy & Business Planning in August 2014 and then promoted to VP Business Planning, Strategy and Information Technology in May 2015.  Mr. Leibtag is responsible for merchandise planning and allocation, strategy and information technology.  Mr. Leibtag held progressively responsible senior strategy, analytics and planning roles at Canadian Tire, Priszm Income Fund and TJX Canada.  Mr. Leibtag is a member of the Advisory Council at Ryerson University's Ted Rogers School of Retail Management, a member of the ICSC Canada Research Task Force, and a director on the board of Leadership Sinai part of the Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation.  Mr. Leibtag holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Strategy from McGill University.

Karen Marshall, Vice-President, Logistics and Distribution - Ms. Marshall joined Danier in Store Operations in 1977, entered Logistics and Distribution in 1985 and has held various positions within the company. Ms. Marshall is responsible for logistics, distribution and stock balancing, including immediate and daily sales analysis for input to production.
